Meet Our Teams
Foundation
Aqua Terra Restoration was founded in 2000 (as Western Watersheds) by Arlin Grimes. Arlin sought to provide contractors and direct clients with educated, created solutions to environmental restoration challenges. Since it's inception, with a core staff of scientists and skilled equipment operators, ATR has completed more than 150 projects in Idaho, Colorado, Montana, Utah, Alaska, Washington and Wyoming.
